Why use Confi.cash with external AMMs
- Access Soroswap, Aquarius, and other supported AMM routes from one shielded balance.
- Keep your individual order amount hidden from public chain observers when it settles with other real orders in a shared batch.
- Send only the combined batch net to the selected external AMM.
- Receive the result as a new shielded note instead of automatically withdrawing to a public wallet.
- Use the same shielded-note and amount-blind batch mechanism across supported venues.
Choose the AMM liquidity
| App option | Liquidity source | Public settlement |
|---|---|---|
| Confiswap | Confi.cash’s internal testnet AMM | The batch net settles on Confiswap |
| Others | Soroswap, Aquarius, and other supported external AMMs | The batch net settles on the selected external AMM |
Choose Others when you want to swap through Soroswap, Aquarius, or another external AMM. Others is a liquidity choice, not a privacy mode.
Swap through Soroswap, Aquarius, or another AMM
Choose a Soroswap, Aquarius, or other AMM route
Select the asset you want to sell and the asset you want to receive. Confi.cash shows routes currently available through Soroswap, Aquarius, and other supported AMMs.
Review the quote
Check the estimated output, price impact, minimum received, and Settles on venue. Confirm that it names the external AMM you intend to use. The output stays shielded.
Choose the privacy timing
Use Wait when you want the order to join a later shared batch. Trade now uses solo settlement, so your amount and direction become inferable from the public batch net. Use it only after reading the warning shown by the app.
While an order is queued
- Your note remains protected by the order protocol until settlement.
- The status screen tells you whether the order is aging, waiting for traders, or settling.
- If Cancel · keep my note is available, use it before starting another swap with the same note.
- Do not assume an interrupted browser request means the order failed. Reopen the app and check its status.
Batched and solo settlement
| Mode | What the chain sees | Privacy consequence |
|---|---|---|
| Shared batch with another real order through Soroswap, Aquarius, or another AMM | The clearing price and combined batch net routed to that AMM | Your individual leg is not directly published to chain observers, though inference may remain; the threshold operator can reconstruct it with quorum access |
| Solo | Your order becomes the batch net | Your individual amount and direction become inferable from the public settlement |
Operator padding can help a batch execute, but it does not add real counterparties to your anonymity set. The app’s confidentiality score excludes operator-controlled notes.
